Like a treasure hunt, we search the country side looking for only the best hand hewn timber.  From virgin timber cut by hand over 200 years ago, the logs were squared with nothing more than a broad axe.  Once found, we bring the timbers to our yard where a century or more of dirt is cleaned off to reveal an aged patina that only time and mother nature could produce.  Here are just a few things that you can use our vintage hand hewn beams for in your project.

       Our antique hand hewn beams are saved from old barns and industrial buildings.  Sizes vary form 6x6 on up.  We can  treat hand hewn beams for insects prior to shipping.  Custom sawmill cutting is also available.

  We keep a large amount of hand hewn white oak and mixed hardwoods in our yard.

We usually have a few large timbers and some hand hewn walnut from time to time.
